Mark Bailey has been serving individuals, families, and businesses as an insurance agent since 2012. Born and raised in the community he now serves, Mark is passionate about helping his neighbors protect what matters most — and giving back to the area that has given so much to him.

As the owner of a local independent insurance agency, Mark and his team proudly serve Garner, Clayton, and the greater Johnston County area by providing personalized coverage for home, auto, business, and life. Mark believes insurance is about a lot more than a policy number. He looks at each client as a whole person—not just a car or a house—and works to make sure they’re covered as fully as possible, not only for the term of their policy. Being independent lets the agency work with multiple carriers, giving clients a wide range of options and competitive rates built around their actual needs.

Mark believes strong relationships and showing up when it counts are the foundation of a good agency. He considers himself fortunate to work alongside a dedicated team that genuinely cares about the people they serve.

Deeply committed to Johnston County, Mark enjoys volunteering and supporting local organizations and events. That commitment, along with his dedication to clients, has earned recognition throughout the county—including several District Sales Awards from Erie Insurance and being voted Best Insurance Agency and Best Insurance Agent in Johnston County in 2025.

When he’s not helping clients, Mark continues to invest his time and energy into the community he proudly calls home.
